MARKETING SERVICES
Software companies that have used our marketing services report that success has been great in the SMB sector. It appears that customers in the manufacturing business utilizing PC's or PC networks are out looking for new solutions with a broader spectrum of feature and function. QUICKSILVER SPECIALTY PHYSICIANS OFFICE BILLING SYSTEM

Product Overview:

The Specialty Physicians Office Billing System (SPB) is a user friendly, fully integrated system to effectively manage a billing office. This multi-practice billing system is for use on the IBM System/36, IBM AS/400, most P/C networks, and stand alone P/C systems. SPB is a quality software product, with proven software code, and technical support services. This system will save the customer substantial dollars when compared to the average hospital and/or outside billing service for identical services.

System Highlights:

	Electronic transmission of billing charges to Medicare, Commercial Carriers and Medicaid.
	Electronic capture of billing charges from remote locations.
	Interface between hospital patient entry to capture profiles.
	RVU evaluation by procedures.
	Automatic electronic payments from insurance companies.
	Direct deposit of payments from insurance companies.
	Three insurance carriers are entered for demographics.

EXCITING NEW PRODUCTS

QuickSilver Programmer's Tool Kit including::

QS Programmer Productivity Tool

Purpose:  Allows work to be performed on RPG code as if externally described.  Higher programmer productivity.

Product Overview:  This system searches for and replaces character strings in a specified member or entire library of procedures and source code.  The user has a choice of automatically making changes or manually replacing the character strings.

The system generates hard copy print trail audits of what has been changed, whether the scan has been completed or not, showing both before and after results.

The QS Programmer Productivity Tool can be executed as many times as needed to satisfy all search and replace operations required.

QS Standardization

Purpose:  Automatically and completely standardizes your field and file names throughout the RPG code and OCL statements.

Automatically identifies user of multi-defined fields throughout the RPG code.

Product Overview:  Each individual file name in your source code will be replaced with the most commonly found name pertaining to that file.

Also, the individual field/s in the file will be replaced with the most commonly found name pertaining to an individual field.

In addition, if the future goal is to take advantage of the AS/400 products available, this standardization will make the automatic generation of DDS easier.

QS DDS

Product Overview:  This system defines all files and fields externally for use with the AS/400's Client Access.

QS DDS will define:

	Record Length
	Field Length and Descriptions
	Key Lengths and Locations

QS DDS also includes instructions on how to change your OCL to include the DDS file.

NEW HARDWARE

We have all models of the AS/400 available along with all peripherals (...both IBM and 3rd party).  Attractive leasing and financing options are also available.

IBM has announced the models 250 and 270.  They are priced right with a lot of power.  We should have them available by August 15, 2000. Call us for details and configs.

To date, IBM has indicated to us a desire to regain position in the SMB marketplace.  I talk to the managers of the area frequently and they promise a clear strategy soon.
