ago.  We started off with IBM's S/34 and release one of CRTI, Inc. QuickSilver software

products.  Over the years our company's growth has brought us to our current AS/400

hardware platform and the latest release of the QuickSilver software solution.

With the use of this software, we are able to interface with our WEB site, follow customer

orders with the UPS tracking system, fax customer invoices from our AS/400 database

directly to the customer, etc. etc.

Due to the nature of this business, a great deal of custom modifications are always

necessary.  CRTI, Inc. has implemented these requirements ever since we knew it became

time to automate our IT department.

Very user friendly..... The order entry system has great features and flexibility..... An

easy system to bring on live.  While others were out designing their systems, we were

already implementing, which made for quick pay-back..... Using this software we

recouped our investment four fold in inventory reductions alone.....
